Panini and others

Bomba Panini - Calabrese salami, provolone cheese, hot banana peppers.

Ham and Cheese Panini - Prosciutto and Provolone.

Veggie Panini - Sun dried tomato cream cheese and marinated artichoke hearts.

Baguette sandwich – Inspired toppings served on a fresh baked white or flax baguette. Order vegetarian or meat varieties.

Quiche - made fresh daily with the best ingredients – a decadent choice. Per slice or made to order (serves minimum 8)

Pizza - by the slice or made to order (serves minimum of 8)


Soups

A variety of soups made fresh daily or made to order. Some favorites include Creamy tomato and spinach, Greek red lentil with rosemary and feta, Smokey green split pea, Casbah Carrot and Moroccan Tomato. (24 hours notice required)


Salads

The Goat – pecan crusted goat cheese patty served warm on a bed of mixed greens with hazelnut-maple vinaigrette.

The Caprese – A stacked salad consisting of sliced tomato, fresh mozzarella, and a black olive tapenade served on a bed of mixed greens with honey-dijon vinaigrette.

Smokin’ Chipotle – Barbequed salmon, roasted red peppers, toasted pine nuts and smoked cheddar served on mixed greens with a “smoking” chipotle dressing.

The Beets – roasted red and golden beets layered with goat cheese and toasted hazelnuts served on a bed of mixed greens with a tangy vinaigrette.

Roman Caesar – lots of lemon gives this traditional Caesar a fresh twist!

Mediterranean Bulgar Wheat – with sun dried tomato, kalamata olives, feta cheese, artichoke hearts and fresh mint with simple lemon vinaigrette.

Classic green tossed salad – with a simple Dijon vinaigrette.


Afternoon or After Dinner

Decadent cookies – peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, chocolate peanut butter chip or molasses ginger.

Our signature Biscotti – cranberry almond, hazelnut almond, cinnamon sugar, double chocolate orange and apricot almond.

Brownies – fudgy and nutty.

Carrot cake with cream cheese icing - the best in town!

Lemon Cream Slice - a ZB favorite.

Cheesecake - mochaccino, New York style with a variety of toppings, chocolate, eggnog or rabbit.

Torta Caprese (flourless chocolate torte) – a delicious option for those with gluten intolerance and chocolate lovers in general.

Fresh fruit tray – artfully displayed selection of seasonal fruits.

Cheese tray – a selection of international cheeses, artfully arranged and accompanied by fresh focaccia bread.
